If you are like most entrepreneurs who take pride in growing companies and watched The Men Who Built America series, you were no doubt shocked to see Carly Fiorina suddenly appear in the third episode as one of the talking heads who are supposed to add relevant detail or expert opinion on the subject matter. Now why the folks at the History Channel saw fit to invite Ms. Fiorina, who is generally regarded as one of the very worst CEOs in history for her near destruction of Hewlett-Packard, to comment about the greats of business is a baffling mystery.
